Printpod stands behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 14 days from the date of your purchase and we will try our best to rectify the situation with you.

Printpod products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment and print methods.

Printpod takes great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction.

However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
  • Washability of the garments - It is crucial that washing instructions are followed at all times (care cards are attached to the order)
  • No two garments will ever be cut the same, therefore, we are not responsible for inconsistencies in garments supplied by us or to us (garments may have twists to them, they may have size variances between them, etc)
  • We require a tolerance of 2-3cm between garment sizes and also print positioning as some garments may be inconsistent, not allowing us to perfectly position the print. We will however, always centre the garments to the best of our experience

In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Printpod does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
